You will need to select either the DVD file or the Blu-ray Disc file.
Guidelines are included in both files.

DVD	Blu-ray Disc
Diamond DVD	Diamond Blu-ray Disc

The basic form is for 1 sequence only. If you are creating more than 1 sequence you will need to to print or download 'Additional sequences'; 1 copy for each additional sequence.

DVD ~ Additional sequence	Blu-ray Disc ~ Additional sequence

If you are including Video clips you will need to print or download:

If you are including Memorabilia you will need to print or download:
